“Clean nice ”

“Very beautiful hotel and very clean, staff was really pleasant and helpful”

“The main parts of the hotel are clean. The restaurant serves good food. My room was really nice. As far as the room goes, I rate it with some 4 and 5* hotels I've stayed in. Pleasantly surprised. ”

“It looked new. The staff was courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and nicely furnished. One thing that always tells me a lot is how well the shower and sink drains. Do they backup and you end up standing soapy water. These DID NOT and is always a positive reflection on how well everything is. The TV was easy and simple to operate. Too often I’ve found at other places I’ve stayed you need a programmers degree to make them work. My only suggestion would be the fitness are while the equipment……

“AC was not working then they switched to another room”

“I had cockroaches in my room and my co-worker had ants and other bugs. Rooms walls were not cleaned. It was a bad experience had to be moved as the bugs were so bad.”

“Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.”
